Requirements:

• Cpanel w/MySQL hosting, 1 year commitment, (if we provide this to you, the cost is an additional $3 per domain per year)
• We split ad revenue with you from our proprietary ad network, but you keep all your adsense revenue, link sales, paid to blog, etc. revenue yourself.
• You must have your own adsense account to use adsense on your domains
• You must sign up for your own link sales and pay to post programs
• We pay out monthly, after your account reaches a $50 threshold. Via paypal.
• We don’t work with adult, gambling, illegal, pills, or anything of that nature.
• If you want to sell any of your domains while we are developing them in less than 1 years time, we’ll just assess you a $15 per domain early termination fee.
• After the 1 year term is up, you can break ties with us, keep all your content, and all your own ad revenue (we would remove our ad network from your site)
• “pages” are full length 500 word articles
• ‘content creation’ is 1 100 word length article per day, for 365 days, usually posted to the main page of the site

We split revenues from the ad network with you, and you keep 100% of any other offers or ads you want to put up.

The other group of people this is perfect for is the webmaster who doesn’t have time to go out and create alot of web properties for promoting his money site. Mini sites are great ways to funnel specific visitors to one main site, much like article marketing. Mini sites are best used for specific, longer tail traffic, and then funnel that traffic to an offer or money site.
